Host Families for Exchange Students

After becoming more involved in humanitarian work in Vietnam, GVI further developed relationships by hosting students from Vietnam. The students attend high school and many have earned college degrees in the U.S. before returning to Vietnam. This helped the student understand our involvement in humanitarian work in Vietnam. Through this program, GVI established a connection with the student, parents and their host family. Over the past six years, 40 exchange students have been through the program.
